Walking and Hiking

Ardnamurchan is great walking country and boots are a must. Whether you want a short easy stroll or a full day mountain climbing, you will find something here to suit you. Hike through the ancient oak woods of Sunart or stroll along the white sandy beaches at Ardtoe, Kentra or Sanna Bay, there is terrain here to suit everyone. 

From Caberfeidh you are just a short stroll to the beach at Kentra with Loch Moidart, The Singing Sands and Ardtoe beach just a few miles away.  The area here is flat and suitable for those wanting a more gentle pace and there are detailed directions of over a dozen walks at the house. 

From Honeysuckle Cottage you can easily walk up into the surrounding hills.
