Ardnamurchan and Mull are two of the best places in the United Kingdom to find Golden Eagles.  The RSPC Centre in Glenborrodale has CCTV cameras trained on eagles as they feed undisturbed in a nearby glen; the pictures are sent back to the centre where you can sit and watch in amazement.

Ornithologists regularly visit the peninsula for the diverse range of birdlife which either live here or visit these parts.
